Individuals and organizations can submit their applications and proposals. Organizers: CAFF (the Conservation of Arctic flora and Fauna working group), Ministry of the Environment Finland


The school offers 14 courses for Bachelor Degree students (Norwegian language, culture, society etc.), as well as 7 courses for Master Degree students (A Changing Arctic etc.)


Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies (AIAS) offers 15 fellowships to researchers with a degree equivalent to PhD and at least two years of research experience.


Master Degree Students and PhD students are invited to participate. Russian citizens applying for the courses should provide translation of the documents into the English language, as well as TOEFL or IELTS certificate of English language proficiency. The participants cover their visa and travel expenses themselves. A limited number of students will be provided with free accommodation in student hostel (selection on the basis of motivation letters).


The Embassy of India offers the upcoming courses for 2017-2018 of the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programs (ITEC).


The International Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation calls for applications for studying and internship in the Czech Republic in 2018-2019 under the program of outgoing international academic mobility.

Conference “Perspectives of socio-economic development of border regions” will take place in the conference hall of Karelian Research Centre of Russian Academy of Sciences on June 9, 2017. Presentations by scientists from Moscow, Apatity, Vologda and other regions will be given in online mode. Registration as a listener is not required. The conference is open to the public.
