Joint French-Russian projects aimed to create innovative products and technological developments

EU Information Centre informs that the Foundation for Promotion of Small Enterprises in Science together with French Innovation Agency OSEO-Innovation announces the launch of collection of proposals for conduction of joint French-Russian projects aimed to create innovative products and technological developments.

This initiative is a part of the Cooperation agreement in the field of industrial and technological developments between France (on behalf of the OSEO-Innovation) and Russia (on behalf of the Foundation for Promotion of Small Enterprises in Science). The main objective of the programme is to promote and develop bilateral scientific and technological cooperation between Russian and French small innovative enterprises that conduct applied research.

Support can be provided to French-Russian research projects aimed at creating foreground technologies from the perspective of the French and Russian parties, with no limitation in subject areas. Application may be filed by a consortium of no less than two partners (one from each parties). Participation of a small enterprise (as a leader of the consortium) is obligatory.

Other organisations (Research Institutes, universities) can only participate in the project as a part of the consortium with a small enterprise.

Application (Agreement of Intent) has to be submitted electronically to the Foundation for Promotion of Small Enterprises in Science and addressed to Levchenko Olga (levchenko@fasie.ru) in Russian (from Russian applicants) and to Michel Jusio (michel.jusio@oseo.fr) in French.

Application deadline is December 31, 2012.
