Post-doctoral scholarships at Freiburg University

University of Freiburg (Switzerland) offers young researches and scholars a chance to participate in the post-doctoral scholarships competition that are awarded to young specialists in any scientific areas represented at the university.

Application deadline is September 30, 2012.

Eligibility Criteria:

- PhD degree (or its equivalent) during the last three years at a foreign university acknowledged at the University of Freiburg;

- Applicants must reside outside of Switzerland;

- Applicants must work in a foreign university/research centre.

A potential candidate must obtain the content of Freiburg University’s professor to participate in the research project, justify the need for a scholarship to implement his/her research project or to prepare the publication before filing the documents to obtain a scholarship.

Duration of the fellowship varies from one to three months. The amount of grant is CHF 1900 per month; travel expenses can also be reimbursed.
