British Council and BHSAD Art Contest
The British Council and British Higher School of Art and Design are pleased to announce an art contest for the design of the best New Year card!
The designers of the five best New Year cards, selected by the organizers will be awarded with a unique book «British Design: Graphics», released in 2014 in partnership with KAK Project.
The «British Design» monograph is a guide for anyone involved in design. British designers dominate the entire industry, making up an infrastructure of clubs, publications, awards, studios and the book consists of four sections: context, schools, studios and industry.
The best British designers provide an insight into the history, the present and the future of graphic design: where to study, where to get inspiration, where to spend your free time and most importantly, how to make money in this industry. The hundreds of works presented in the book are the main reference point in commercial design and design for oneself.
