The 77th issue of internet journal “All Europe”

The 77^th issue of internet journal “All Europe” (www.alleuropa.ru), published by the European Studies Institute went out. It as well as the previous issues tells about the current events in the European Union and relations betweenRussia and EU. There is the analysis of the last events and latest tendencies in political, economic, social and cultural life and in law enforcement practice in the EU and EU member states which are of great interest for Russian readers.

Today the European Union is not in the enviable position. Numerous publications in the new and previous issues of the journal show that the EU is in the strange and tricky situation. It is fraught with unpleasant, dangerous, and unpredictable consequences. Even for itself. For neighbors. For the world economy. The engine of European integration runs harshly. It needs to be quickly repaired. Instead or at the same time the crew until quite recently was busy with endless disputes and competing accusations. The captain addressed clever and heartfelt words to its members but nobody listened to his appeals and advises. And now it is even unclear who the captain is – many of crew members have sewed beautiful service coats for themselves.     

As the authors indirectly suggested the core of the problem maybe involves the fact that feedback was broken in the EU.
