The Ostrogradski program

Within the framework of the Ostrogradski program aimed at supporting young scientists’ mobility French Embassy in Russia will grant scholarships to PhD students, who are currently conducting their research activity in France at the invitation of a laboratory of a higher education institution, scientific organization or a French enterprise.
