EU Centers meeting

On October, 2014 the head of the EU Information Centre in PetrSU Anastasia Kuznetsova visited the EU Information Centre in Madrid (Spain) and had a meeting with the representatives of the Centre. The meeting was arranged within the framework of the project “Establishing the EU Centre in the Barents Region of Russia”, implemented with the financial support of the European Union. 

The goal of the meeting was to exchange experience in the sphere of providing various target groups with the information on the European Union, in the sphere of organizing and implementing the EU-related actions, project activity. The colleagues discussed the largest target groups among Centre visitors, the most popular topics, as well as cooperation perspectives and opportunities of joint activity. It was very useful to get acquainted with the professional experience of the European EU Information Centre, experience of attracting the visitors and methods of information dissemination.

The colleagues came to conclusion that the activity of PetrSU Information Centre and Spanish EU Information Centre is alike in many ways. It will allow to promote their cooperation in the future.
