Public Diplomacy Support Fund named after A. Gorchakov opens the call for applications for participation in the research and education program “Baltic Dialog -2014”.


The EU Centre in Singapore is now inviting applications for the EUC Visiting Fellowship tenable in the period between May to November 2014. Supporting grant of up to €6,000 commensurate with expertise, visiting commitments and duration will be provided for the Visiting Fellow to cover travel, accommodation and subsistence allowances.


This workshop is part of the Jean Monnet Multilateral Research Group ‘EU-Russia Relations: Developing a Transnational Perspective’ and is organised with the support of the LLP Programme of the European Union. The partner universities are: University of Kent (Tom Casier), Carleton University (Joan DeBardeleben), St. Petersburg State University (Tatiana Romanova) and Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (Arne Niemann).

Citizens of the fol­low­ing coun­tries and ter­ri­to­ries are eli­gi­ble to apply (please note that the high­lighted coun­tries fall within a sub­pro­gram title Scholarships for the Eastern Partnership—the rules are identical):
